Webinars: Food for the Heart

Food for the Heart: Feed Me the Truth

a three-part online webinar series exploring what it means to truly nourish yourself: body, mind and spirit.

Join me for a journey combining theory, personal insight, and practical exercises you can seamlessly integrate into everyday life.

Over the past years, I’ve had the opportunity to give talks and workshops on mindfulness, meditation, nutrition, and stress management. These are tools I teach in my practice and use daily in my own life. I want to share what I know in a simple, open, and accessible way, so you can walk away with practical tools of your own.

This series is a humble start, an introduction to all that nourishes us. Food for the body, food for the mind (the heart) and just as important, food for the soul.

Each webinar stands beautifully on its own, though together they form a complete whole.

The Program

Webinar 1: Feed Me the Truth – Nutrition & Holistic Health

  • Date: Sunday, June 7, 2026 | 19:30 – 20:45 (NL time)
  • The Focus: Food for the body. Why does everyone disagree on what we should eat? Between social media trends and academic contradictions, it’s easy to get lost in the “food fights.” We will cut through the noise, look at the basics, and blend storytelling with actionable advice.
  • Topics include: What we were historically meant to eat; what we are eating now (and why); the truth about supplements; and how to practice mindful eating today.

Webinar 2: The Middle Way – Managing Stress & Anxiety

  • Date: Sunday, June 14, 2026 | 19:30 – 20:45 (NL time)
  • The Focus: Food for the mind. When our disturbing emotions are calmed, our mind becomes clear – like gazing into the clear blue waters of a lagoon, full of beauty and life.
  • Topics include: Practical, evidence-based breathing and meditation techniques to calm the nervous system; optimal breathing mechanics; and the “dolphin effect.”

Webinar 3: M&M’s – Mindfulness & Meditation, Gateway to the Soul

  • Date: Sunday, June 28, 2026 | 19:30 – 20:45 (NL time)
  • The Focus: Food for the soul. An accessible introduction to mindfulness and meditation practices: what they actually are, how they work, and how to begin.
  • Topics include: Finding what uniquely works for you through bite-sized, hands-on experiences.
