Omree Shuval – Integrative Health Practitioner
Bridging Clinical Science and Holistic Well-being
Hello, I’m Omree. I believe that true health isn’t found in a single pill or a single diet—it is found in the balance between the mind, the body, and the fuel we provide it.
My journey to becoming a multidisciplinary therapist started with a simple observation: we often treat symptoms while ignoring the person.
I saw people struggling with digestive issues that were rooted in stress, and people with chronic physical pain that no diet could fix.
This led me to combine my clinical background as a Registered Dietitian with the profound, restorative power of Shiatsu, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, and Hypnotherapy.

My Philosophy
Health is more than the absence of illness. It is a dynamic interaction between nutrition, movement, mental state, and the body’s ability to regulate itself.
In my practice, I work with people experiencing challenges such as chronic pain, stress, fatigue, and nutrition-related concerns. My approach integrates both scientific knowledge and body-based therapeutic methods, supporting change through both the conscious mind and the body’s innate capacity to restore balance.
Personal Interests
My personal interests include dreams, Buddhism, meditation, mindfulness, and martial arts. These fields have long fascinated me and continue to influence how I understand the relationship between mind, body, and consciousness.
In addition to my work in the practice, I also teach weekly Kundalini yoga and meditation classes. In these sessions, attention to breath, body awareness, and consciousness plays a central role.
These practices inspire my therapeutic work and deepen my perspective on human development, self-awareness, and well-being.
Scientific Foundation & Publications
My practice is firmly evidence-based.
I hold a B.Sc. in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master’s degree in Brain and Learning. I have also contributed to scientific research on nutrition, metabolism, and cognitive health.
